Given : perimeter = 14 m;

also , length (l) = breadth (b) + 1m.

=> 14 = 2( l + b )

=> 14 = 2 ( b + 1 + b )

=> 7 = 2b + 1

=> b = 3m ; l = 4m

therefore diagonal of the rectangle;

= √( 3^2 + 4^2 )

= √25 = 5m

The diagonal of rectangle is 5 m .

Hope this helps you ✌️✌️☺️☺️☘️☘️
