As we know that lenght is always positive

given that
2l+2w = 16
if anyone of l or w is 7 then the other is 1.
if anyone of these two is 8 then the other is zero which is not possible.
when any of these is either 9 or 10 then other is negative which is not possible
so correct answer is 7 inch
