Solution:-

Let the width of the rectangle be x units

Thus,length of the rectangle=5x+16 units

Now,we know that:-

Perimeter of a rectangle=2(length+width)

=>2(x+5x+16)=212

=>2(6x+16)=212

=>12x+32=212

=>12x=212-32

=>12x=180

=>x=180/12

=>x=15

Thus:-

→Width of the rectangle=15 units

→Length of the rectangle=5×15+16=91 units.
