length= 2x+3
breadth =x-2
perimeter of rectangle =2 (l+b) , 22=2 (2x+3+x-2) , 22=2 (3x+1) , 22÷2=3x+
22÷2=3x+1 , 11=3x+1, 11-1=3x , 10=3x , x=10/3 ,x=3.3
length =2×3.3+3=6.6+3=9.6
breadth =3.3-1=2.2

so perimeter of rectangle is 2(l+b)
so=2(l+b)=22
after solving, u get
l+b=5.5
so u can substitute any value on the above equation and can find the length and breadth !!!
