Answer:

To find breadth of the rectangle we have to go through this process.

As you know ,

2 ( L + B ) = perimeter of the rectangle

2 ( 10m + B ) = 30m

10m + B = 30m/2

10m + B = 15 m

B = 15 m - 10m

B = 5m

So , the breadth of the rectangle is 5 m.

To check :-

2 ( L + B )

2 ( 10 + 5 )

2 ( 15 )

30 Ans.

Answer:

Given:

Perimeter = 30m

Length = 5m

To find: Breadth = ?

Solution:

Perimeter of a Rectangle = 2(l + b)

30 = 2(5 +b)

30 = 10 + 2b

2b = 30 - 10

2b = 20

b = 20/2

b = 10m

Therefore, the Breadth of the Rectangle is 10m.
