let the breadth of the rectangle be x
then the length of the rectangle will be x+3
A T Q
equation so forced is 30=2×(x+x+3)
30=2×(2x+3)
15=2x+3
12=2x
x=6
Hence the length o the rectangle is 6+3=9m
then the length of the rectangle will be x+3
