perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)

length  be = 5x
breadth = 3x

according to the sum 

2 (5x+3x) = 320

2(8x) = 320


16x = 320

x = 320/16

= 20

length = 5x = 5*20 = 100

breadth = 3x = 3*20 = 60
