Let the Breadth be = x 
∴ Length of rectangle is = x + 2

Then,

Perimeter of rectangle :

⇒ 2 (l + b)

⇒2 (x + x + 2) = 36

⇒ 2 (2x + 2) = 36

⇒ 2x + 2 = 36 / 2

⇒ 2x + 2 = 18

⇒ x + 1 = 9

⇒ x = 9 - 1. ⇒. x = 8

∴ Length = x + 2 = 10

Hence,
The Length and Breadth of the rectangle are 10 m and 8 m respectively.
