Let breadth of a be x

length of rectangle is 5+x

perimeter =2(5+x+x)

=10+4x

perimeter =50cm

10+4x=50

4x=50-10

4x=40

x=40/4

x=10

length =5+10=15cm

breadth =10cm

area=l*b

=15*10=150 squad cm
