length, breadth and area.

length- breadth= 12

length= 12+ breadth

by question,

2(l+b)= 56

2(12+b+b)= 56

2(12+2b)=56

24+4b= 56

4b= 56-24

b= 8

length= 12+b= 12+8= 20

Area= l*b= 8*20= 160 sq m

ans

length= 20m

breadth= 8m

area= 160 sq m
