let breadth = x,,,, length=2 x

perimeter =2( l+b)

60=2( l+b)

30=l+b

30=x+2x

3 x= 30

x= 10

length= 2x= 2(10)=20

breadth=x=10 m

area = l×b=20×10=200 m sq

hope it helps

Answer:224m2 is area

Step-by-step explanation:

Length=2+x

Breadth=x

Perimeter=2 (l+b)=60m

2 (2+x+x)=60

2 (2+2x)=60

2+2x=60÷2

2+2x=30

2x=30-2

2x=28

x=28÷2

X=14

Length = 2+14=16m

Breadth= 14m

Area= length×Breadth

= 16×14= 224m2

Hope it helps you..
