Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter = 70 m

Let the Length be X and Breadth be 3/4 of X

Formula of perimeter of rectangle  = 2( length + breadth ).

                                   perimeter = 2( x + 3/4x)

                                   70 m = 2( X * 4 + 3x * 1)/4)

                                    70 M = 2( 4x + 3/4x)

                                    70 m = 2(7x/4)

                                    70 m/2 = 7/4x

                                     35 m = 7/4x

                                     35 m/7 = 1/4x

                                    4*5 m =  1x

                                    20 m =x

x = length

length = 20 m

breadth = 3/4 x

breadth = 3/4 * 20

breadth = 15 m

Area of Rectangle = length * breadth

Area of Rectangle = 20m * 15 m

Area Of Rectangle = 300 m² = Ans
