let breadth be x cm

length be 2x + 1

perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

2 ( x + 2x + 1 ) = 80

3x + 1 = 80 / 2 = 40

3x + 1 = 40

3x = 40 - 1

3x = 39

x = 13cm

breadth = x = 13cm

length = 2x + 1 = 13*2 + 1 = 27 cm

hope it helps you
