find the perimeter of rectangle.

According to the question

perimeter of rectangle= 1/2×Area of square

Area of square = side ² = 7² = 49cm²

perimeter of rectangle = 1/2 ×49 = 49/2 = 24.5 cm

hence the correct answer is (a) 24.5 cm
