Let the length be x.

according to the question

area of rectangle= to its perimeter.

2\frac{3}{4} * x = 2(2\frac{3}{4} * x )

\frac{11}{4}*x=2(\frac{11}{4} +x)\frac{11x}{4} = \frac{11}{2} +2x

\frac{11x}{4} -2x=\frac{11}{2}

\frac{11x-8x}{4} =\frac{11}{2}

\frac{3x}{4} =\frac{11}{2}

x=\frac{11}{2} *\frac{4}{3} =\frac{22}{3} cm

therefore length = 22/3 cm
