Answer:

Given:- perimeter of rectangle = area of rectangle

2(l+b)=lb..(1)

if b=2×43=411cm

l=?

2(l+411)=l(411)

2l−(411l)=−211

⇒43l=211⇒l=322=731cm

∴ if breadth =243cm than length = 731cm

Answer:

Is the question correct?

If it is, such a rectangle cannot exist with length of  -1.2 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

P=2(l+b)

A=lb

Given P=A

∴2(l+b)=lb

But b=3/4 = 0.75

2(l+0.75)=0.75l

2l+1.5=0.75l

or 1.25l+1.5=0

1.25l= -1.5

l=-1.5/1.25 = -1.2
