The perimeter of a rectangle s 30 m.If its length exceeds its breadth by 3m then find its length.

hyy....

let , breadth be x cm
then a/q , length is equal to x+3 m .

and now, perimeter of rectangle= 2(l + b )

30 = 2 ( x + x+ 3 )

30 = 2( 2x + 3 )

30 = 4x + 6

4x = 24

hence, x = 6 m i.e. breath..and it's length= x+3 = 9 cm
