let the breadth be x
length is 4 + 2 x
perimeter equals to 176 m
(X + 4 + 2 X) 2=176 m
X + 4 + 2 X equals to 176 / 2
3x +4 =88
3x = 84
therefore X equals to 28
breadth is 28
length is 2x+4that is 60

Answer:

Length=60m

Breadth=28m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth of the rectange be x

Length=2x+4

Perimeter of rectangle=176m

2(l+b)=176m

2(2x+4+x)=176

2(3x+4)=176

6x+8=176

6x=176-8

6x=168

x=168/6

x=28

Breadth=x=28m

Length=2x+4=2(28)+4=56+4=60m
