here your answer
==============================
the perimeter of a rectangular garden is 190m

breadth is 10.5m
let the length be x

perimeter of rectangle = 2×(l+b)
190 = 2×(x+10.5)
190 = 21+2x
190-21=2x
2x = 169
x = 169/2
x = 84.5m
:. area of garden = l×b
84.5×10.5 m^2
887.25m^2

 The perimeter of a rectangular garden is 190m and breadth is 10.5m

perimeter of rectangle = 2[l+b]

lets form an equation

=>190 =
 2[l+10.5]

=>  2l +  21 = 190

=>2l = 190  - 21

=>2l =  169

=>l = 169/2 =  84.5m

area = l*b

          =  84.5 *10.5

             =  887.25m²
