Answer:

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b )

400 = 2 ( 125 + b )

400 = 250 + 2b

400 - 250 = 2b

150 = 2b

150/2 = b

b = 75

area of rectangle = l × b

= 125 × 75 = 9375 m^2

Answer:

Area of Rectangular Garden = 9375 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

We Have :-

Perimeter of Rectangular Garden = 400m

Length of Rectangular Garden = 125 m

To Find :-

Breadth and Area of Rectangular Garden

Formulas Used :-

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( Length + Breadth )

Area of Rectangle = Length * Breadth

Solution :-

Let the Breadth of Rectangular Garden be x

Perimeter = 2 ( 125 + x)\\\\400= 2 (125+x)\\\\200 = 125+x\\\\x = 75 m\\\\Area = 125 * 75\\\\= 9375 m^{2}

So Breadth = 75 m and Area = 9375 m²
