The perimeter of a rectangular is 450 m. The length of the sides in the ratio 3:2.find area of the rectangle.

taking sides are 3x and 2x .

2( 3x+2x ) = 450

» 5x = 225

» x = 45

3x = 135

2x = 90

area = 135 × 90 = 12150
