Perimeter of Rectangular Plot = 2 × (Length + Breadth)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Plot = (2 × Length) + (2 × Breadth)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Plot = (2 × Length) + (2 × 35 m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Plot = (2 × Length) + 70 m

⇒ 174 m = (2 × Length) + 70 m

⇒ 174 m - 70 m = (2 × Length)

⇒ 104 m = (2 × Length)

⇒ 104 m/2 = Length

Length = 52 m

Area of Rectangular Plot = Length × Breadth

⇒ Area of Rectangular Plot = 52 m × 35 m

⇒ Area of Rectangular Plot = 52 × 35 m²

Area of Rectangular Plot = 1820 m²
