Solution:-

As , perimeter = 2(l+b)

⟹ 200 = 2(70+2b)

⟹ 200 = 140 + 2b

⟹ 200 - 140 = 2b

⟹ 60 = 2b

⟹ b = 30 cm

As , Area = length × breadth

Area = 70 × 30

Area = 210 cm²
