Answer:

Let the breadth=x m

Length of pool is 2m more than twice its breath

So length =(2x +2) m

The perimeter of swimming pool is 154m

2(l+b)=154

l+b=154/2

(2x+2)+x=77

3x=77–2

3x=75

x=75/3

x=25

So the breadth of pool is 25m

Length of pool is 2(25)+2=50+2=52m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :- Perimeter = 154m

Let, Breadth of the pool be ( x )m

Then, Length would be (2x + 2)m

We Know, Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length x breadth) = 154

2{ (2x + 2) + x } = 154

2(3x + 2) = 154

6x + 4 = 154

6x = 150

x = 150/6

x = 25

• x = 25m

Therefore, Length is 2x+2 = 52m

Breadth is 25m
