Hello mate!

Here's your answer

As we know that a regular pentagon has 5 sides

and

Perimeter = Sum of all sides = 5 × side

Hence,

Perimeter = 30 cm

5 × side = 30 cm

Side = 30/5 = 6 cm

Given,

  • The perimeter of a regular pentagon = 30 cm

To find,

  • We have to find the length of each side.

Solution,

The perimeter of a regular pentagon is 30cm. The length of each side is 6 cm.

We can simply find the length of each side of the regular pentagon by using the following formula,

The perimeter of the regular pentagon = 5 * side

                                                              30 = 5 * side

                                                           30/5 = side

                                                                6 = side

∴The side of the regular pentagon is 6 cm.

Hence, the perimeter of a regular pentagon is 30cm. The length of each side is 6 cm.
