The perimeter of a rhombus is 40m &its height is 5m. Its area is?

Answer:

since all the sides of rhombus are equal ,we can find the base by dividing 40by 4 that is 10 m.

Height=5m(given)

area = base * height

=10*5=50msquare meter.

Height of the room:-4m

To find:- Area of the four walls or CSA of the room.

Solution:- We know that the CSA of a cuboid:- 2h(l+b)

or:- hx2(l+b)

Also, 2(l+b)= Perimeter of the rectangle. So,

CSA of Room:- hx40

:- 4x40

:- 160m^2
