let the sides be a, b, c

a+b+c=60

a+b+25=60

a+b=60-25=35

adj = a, opp = b

(hyp)^2 = (adj)^2 + (opp)^2

25^2 = a^2 + b^2

625 = (a+b)^2 - 2ab

625 = 35^2 - 2ab

2ab = 1225 - 625

2ab = 600

ab = 600/2

ab = 300

area of triangle = 1/2 × ab

= 1/2 × 300

= 150 sq cm
