Solution :-

Perimeter of the square field = 8 km

Side of the square = Perimeter/4

⇒ 8/4

⇒ Side of the square = 2 km

So, length of each side of the square is 2 km

Area of square = Side*Side

⇒ 2 km × 2 km

= 4 sq km

As we know that 1 sq km = 100 hectares

So, 4 km = 400 hectares

hey mate here's ur answer

let each side of square field be x Km

perimeter of square field = 8km

=>4x = 8

=> x = 2

so, area of square field = 2² = 4 km²

we know that 1 km² = 100 hectares

hence, 4 km² = 4 × 100 = 400 hectares
