I think there is a mistake in the question..
How can be the unit of perimeter be in square ...
And if it is wrong then..
Perimeter =128m
Figure is a square.
So side = perimeter /4
=128/4
=32m
And so area = 32×32
= 1024 square meter..

Perimeter = 4a
4a = 128
a = 128/4
= 32 m
Area = side × side
= a²
= (32)²
= 1024 m²
