The perimeter of a square is 48cm. The area of a rectangles is 4sq m less than the area of the given square. if the length of the rectangles is 14m,find its breadth

Perimeter of square=4a=48
a=12
area of square a2=12*12=144
area of rectangle =144-4=140
l*b=140
b=140/14
b=10 cm
