the perimeter of a Trapezium is 104 M its non parallel sides are 18 M and 22 M and its altitude is 16 m find the area of trapezium

Hiii....
Let one side be x.

Then otherr be x+6

Perimeter of a trapezium = x + x+6 + 18 +22

104 = 2x + 46

58 = 2x

29m = x

x=29m


Then other side x+6 = 35


Area of a Trapezium = 1/2 ( sum of ts parallel sides ) * altitude

= 1/2 ( 29+35 ) * 16

Area= 512 m2
