The perimeter of a trapezium is 104m,its non-parallel sides are18m and 22m,and it's altitude is 16m.find the area of a trapezium

area \: of \:  \: a \: trapezium = \\   \frac{1 }{2}  \times sum \: of \: parallel \: sides \:  \times distance \: between \: them
 area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times (18 + 22) \times 16  \\  area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 40 \times 16 \\ area = 320 \\
Hence area of the trapezium is 320m.
