Given: perimeter = 52cm, non parallel sides = 10cm each ,altitude=8cm
​let the sum of parallel sides be x
therefore, A.T.P,
x+10+10=52
or,x=32
Therefore,area of the trapezium =1/2*sum of parallel sides * altitude
                                                   =1/2*32*8
                                                  =128cm2
