Let the sides of the triangle be a, b and c
Given (s-a)*(s-b)*(s-c) = 496800
Semi-perimeter of the triangle = 150/2 
S = 75 m                     _____________
Area of the triangle =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
     ___________
= √75 × (496800)
    ________
=√37260000
Area of the triangle = 6104.09 square meter
or 6104 square meter (rounded off)
