Other side be 7+x

Third side be 7+x+5 = 12+x

x+(7+x)+(12+x) = 49

3x+19 = 49

3x = 49-19

3x = 30

x = 10

One side = 10cm

Second side = 10+7 = 17cm

Third side = 17+5 = 22cm
