AB=root[(-4-0)^2+(-1-2)^2]
AB=root(16+9)
AB=5

AC=root[(-4-3)^2+(3-2)^2]
AC=root(49+1)
AC=5 underroot(2)

BC=root[(3-0)^2+(-1-3)^2]
BC=root(9+16)
BC=5

Since, perimeter of a triangle = Sum of all sides

Perimeter of triangle ABC=AB+BC+AC

Perimeter of triangle ABC=5+5+5underroot(2)

Perimeter of triangle ABC=[10+5underroot(2)]units

Perimeter of a triangle ABC=10+7.07
=17.07 units

Hope it will help you!!
