Step-by-step explanation:

3x + 4x + 5x = 144m

12x = 144m

x = 144/12

x = 12m

hence the sides = 3(12) , 4(12) , & 5(12)

= 36m , 48m , & 60m

Area of triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

[semi perimeter (s) = 144/2 = 72m]

= √(72(72-36)(72-48)(72-60))

= √(72×36×24×12)

=√(2×2×2×3×3×2×2×3×3×2×2×2×3×2×2×3)

= 2×2×3×2×3×2×3×2

= 4×6×6×6

= 864m²
