let the sides be x

so;

s1=25x
s2=17x
s3=12x

now;
perimeter=s1+s2+s3
540=25x+17x12x
540=54x
x=10

s1=250
s2=170
s3=120

semi perimeter=(s1+s2+s3)/2
semi perimeter=a=27

by heron's formula

area=
a(a - s1)(a - s2)(a - s3)
area=90m2
