Hello Friend !

The answer is given below :

Let the sides of the equilateral triangle be 'a' .

Then according to the question, a + a + a = 42 cm

⇒ 3a = 42

⇒ a = 14 cm

This is answer to part 1 of the question.

Since we know that the area of the equilateral triangle is  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} a^{2}

⇒ Area =  \frac{\sqrt{3} }{4} * 14^{2}

⇒ Area = 49√3 = 85.26 cm²

This is answer to part 2 of the question.

Since we know that each angle of equilateral triangle is equal, then by angle sum property of a triangle :

⇒ Ф +  Ф + Ф = 180°

⇒ 3Ф = 180°

⇒ Ф = 60°

This is answer to part 3 of the question.

Hope this helps !
