Answer:

perimeter = 4.8 cm.

p = 3× side

4.8 = 3 × side

4.8/3 = side

1.6 cm = side.

Step-by-step explanation:

side = 1.6 cm

perimeter of equilateral triangle =

 \huge =  \frac{24}{5} cm

let all sides of triangle are X cm

we know that... perimeter of triangle is sum of all sides of triangle

 \implies \: x + x + x =  \frac{24}{5}  \\  \implies \: 3x =  \frac{24}{5}  \\  \implies \: x =  \frac{24}{5 \times 3}  \\  \implies \: x =  \frac{8}{5}

so length of all sides of triangle are 8/5cm or 1.6cm

if you want to find area of triangle

so..

area of equilateral triangle

  \bold{=  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {side}^{2} }

ar( \triangle) =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {( \frac{8}{5} )}^{2}  \\ ar( \triangle) =   \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  \frac{8}{5}  \times  \frac{8}{5}  \\ ar( \triangle) =  \frac{ \sqrt{3}  \times 2 \times 8}{5 \times 5}  \\ ar( \triangle) =  \frac{16 \sqrt{3} }{25}  {cm}^{2}

so area of triangle is 16√3/25cm²
