Let the sides be 2x, 3x & 3x.

Hence,

2x + 3x + 3x = 32

=> 8x = 32

=> x =4

Using Heron's formula, you will get your answer easily.

Here,

s = 16

Then, Area =

 \sqrt{16 \:  \times 8 \:  \times 4 \:  \times 4 \: }

= 32 2 unit square
