\huge\mathfrak{Answer}

Let the equal side is 3x cm and base is 2x cm respectively.

3x + 3x + 2x = 32

8x = 32

=> x = 4cm

 area \:  \sqrt{s(s - a(s - b(s - c)}

 \sqrt{16(16 - 12)(16 - 12)(16 - 8)}

 \sqrt{16 \times 4 \times 4 \times 8}

 \sqrt{4 \times 4 \times 4 \times 4 \times 4 \times 2}

 = 32 \sqrt{2 \:  {cm}^{2} }
