Let the sides of the squares be A and a mts.
So,
4A = 748
A = 187 m
So,
Area = A²=34969 m²
And,
4a = 336
a = 84 m
So,
Area = a² = 7056 m²

So,
A²-a²= 34969 - 7056 = 27913 m²

So area of new square = 27913
Hence,
Its side = 167.07 approx
So,
Perimeter = 668.2 approx
