The perimeter of rectangle is 100 meters. if the length is decreased by 2meters and the breadth is increased by3meters then the area increase by 44metersquare.find the length and breadth of the rectangle.

2(l+b)=100
l+b=50
l = 50 - b

(l-2) x (b+3)= (lxb)+44
lb + 3l - 2b - 6 = lb + 44
3l -2b = 44+6
3l -2b = 50
3(50-b) - 2b = 50
150 - 3b - 2b = 50
5b = 150-50
b = 100/5
b = 20 m

l = 50 - 20
= 30 m
