that is 2(l+b) =60m
l+b=30m
30÷2=15(it is the middle no. which will give maximum area]
l+b = 30m-–--–-----––--–------––---–-––-(1)
Suppose l=15 m and b= 15m
so in equation (1) it is fit that is
15 +15 =30
now area of rectangle
l×b
15 ×15=225m^2
this is required answer
