LET THE LENGTH BE x.
AND BREADTH = 23/4
SO, A/Q,
PERIMETER = 2(L+B)
13cm = 2(x +  \frac{23}{4} cm) \\  =  >  \frac{13}{2} cm = x +  \frac{23}{4} cm \\  =  >  \frac{13}{2} cm -  \frac{23}{4} cm = x \\  =  > x =  \frac{2(13cm) -23cm }{4} \\  =  > x =  \frac{26cm - 24cm}{4}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{2}{4} cm =  \frac{1}{2} cm
HENCE, LENGTH = (1/2)cm
