the perimeter of rectangular field is 3/5 km and it's length is twice its breath. Find the area of the field in m²​

Answer:

Let the breadth be x meter

then length be 2x meter

Perimeter = 3/5 km = 3/5 × 1000 meter

= 600 meter

Now ,

Perimeter = 600 m

2( x + 2x ) = 600 m

6x = 600 m

x = 600/6 = 100 meter

. Breadth = x = 100 meter

length = 2x = 2×100 = 200 meter

Now ,

Area = length × breadt

( 100 × 200) m^2

20000 m^2 Ans...
