length= 2x +4

perimeter = 176m

2(3x+4) = 176

3x+4 = 176÷2

3x +4 = 88

3x= 88-4

3x = 84

x = 84÷3 = 28

therefore,

length = 2×28 +4=56+4= 60m

breadth = 28m
