2 ( l + b ) = 154

2 ( 2x + 2 + x ) = 154

2x + 2 + x = 154/2

3x + 2 = 77

3x = 77 - 2

3x = 75

x = 75 / 3

x = 25

Hence, the length and breadth of the pool is..

Length = 2x + 2

Length = 2 * 25 + 2

Length = 52 m

And,

Breadth = x = 26 m
