let breadth be 3x

length=5x

perimeter = 2(l+b)

160= 2(5x+3x)

160=16x

x= 10

length=50

breadth= 30

area = lb

50*30

1500 m^2

Hi,
Here is the solution
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

ratio \: of \: length \: and \: bredth = 3x \: and \: 5x \\  \\ so \\ perimeter \: of \: rectangle ==  > 2(length + bredth) \\ \\  =  =  >  2(3x + 5x) = 160 \\  \\  =  =  > 2(8x) = 160 \\  \\ =  =  >  x =  \frac{160}{16}  \\  \\  = =   > x = 10 \\  \\ so \: the \: length \: (5x) = 50 \\ and \: bredth(3x) = 30 \\  \\ now \\ area \: of \: rectangle \:  = (length \times bredth) \\  \\30 \times 50 \\  \\  =  =  > 1500 {m}^{2}
